LendKey is seeking an HR Manager to design and deliver people strategies that fuel our growth and champion our people-first culture. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, leading core HR functions, driving business-aligned initiatives, and rolling up your sleeves on daily HR operations. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Advise managers and executives on people matters, aligning HR solutions with business goals and supporting organizational change.
  • Employee Experience & Relations: Act as a confidant and resource for employees and leaders, addressing workplace questions, resolving employee relations issues, promoting a respectful and inclusive culture, and leading sensitive investigations when needed.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding across departments, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires.
  • Performance & Development: Support the performance review process and employee development initiatives; champion continuous feedback, development plans, and clear goal setting.
  • Culture & Engagement: Organize team activities, lead engagement and community initiatives, and actively support an inclusive and connected workplace.
  • People Programs & Projects: Plan and execute people-related programs and HR projects that bring LendKey’s values and business priorities to life.
  • Compliance & Risk: Own HR compliance by ensuring all policies and practices meet applicable employment laws and proactively address regulatory changes.
  • Learning & Leadership Development: Partner with leadership to deliver training programs, including leadership development and ongoing learning opportunities.
  • HR Technology: Oversee HR platforms and systems, manage vendor relationships, and troubleshoot or implement platform improvements.
  • Flexible HR Operations: Provide day-to-day HR support, fostering team collaboration and stepping in on a variety of responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of HR across the organization.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience with a strong foundation in HR knowledge required.
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of US labor laws and regulations, with the ability to apply these standards to ensure fair, compliant, and equitable treatment of employees.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and agile, able to adapt in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling sensitive data and information.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (experience with Paylocity and Leapsome is preferred).
