Job Summary 


Support the Treasury Management Sales Team by processing the necessary paperwork related to all Treasury Management products and services, including working with internal staff to coordinate the opening of new accounts, and onboarding treasury services to provide a client centric onboarding process. Client advocate, provide an elevated level of support for all Treasury Management products and services. Identify clients and prospects that are candidates for these services, make and close sales. Provide a high-level of customer service to new and existing clients. Assist internal banking team members with all Treasury Management products and service needs and provide guidance, feedback and follow-up as needed.


Job Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of all Treasury Management and related functions including business online banking, sweep accounts, repurchase agreements, remote deposit, lock boxes, zero balance accounts, merchant services and other related Treasury management and deposit services. 
  • Knowledge of CDARS and ICS 
  • Prepare written proposals and RFP responses.
  • Conduct a cost benefit and risk analysis for prospective and existing customers; review customer account analysis statements; originate financial spreadsheets, proformas and other support documentation.
  • Prepare correspondence as appropriate. 
  • Consistently meet sales and service performances standards. 
  • Comply with all BSA related policies and procedures.
  • Proactively consult with clients and prospective clients to meet their financial needs. 
  • Execute all agreements for the use of these services and provide client training and installation support. 
  • Provide and complete all related onboarding agreements and enrollments. 
  • Follow all compliance requirements related to Treasury Management products and services. 
  • Maximize fee income from deposit clients through service charge and account analysis and be familiar with pricing for all products and services within Treasury Management. 
  • Support internal staff to promote and maintain the bank’s products and services, actively assist in the opening of new deposit accounts and Treasury Management services.
  • Make recommendations for Treasury Management product development, as appropriate.
  • Follow policies and procedures; completes tasks correctly and in a timely manner; support the Bank’s goals and values; benefit the Bank through outside activities.
  • Accomplish other results as assigned.
  • Actively refer to other lines of business. 

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills

  • Must have extensive knowledge of Treasury Management and deposit services. 
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in business or finance or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • High-level interpersonal, communication, and organization skills to successfully interact with employees, clients and prospects required.
  • Exercise good judgment and decision making.
  • Leadership skills and effective decision-making abilities are required.
  • Proficiency with Office - Outlook, Word and Excel required. 
  • Customer service advocate with exceptional sales skills.

Work Environment

  • General office conditions
  • Must be able to work effectively at a computer for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Regular attendance is necessary
  • Frequent local travel
