About the Role:

The Residential Counselor plays a crucial role in supporting individuals dealing with substance use disorders by providing a safe and structured environment conducive to recovery. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in a residential treatment setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide one-on-one counseling to support residents in their recovery.
  • Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring alignment with their recovery goals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of residents' progress and treatment interventions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community resources to provide holistic support.
