Essential functions
Provide real-time customer support via live chat, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, order tracking, and general inquiries in a clear and friendly manner.
Manage a high volume of inbound chat and email inquiries while maintaining quality and speed of responses.
Identify common customer concerns and provide solutions, or escalate issues to higher-level teams when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues in our support system.
Contribute to our knowledge base by identifying recurring questions and suggesting helpful content or updates.
Assist with other customer support channels (email, etc.) as needed.
Ensure customer satisfaction by consistently meeting response time and resolution targets.

Competencies
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Proven customer service experience (preferably in chat support or similar roles).
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others.
Familiarity with live chat support software or CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshchat, Intercom) is a plus.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with using various digital tools to assist customers.
Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
Strong de-escalation skills: Ability to manage challenging or upset customers, staying calm and professional while resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
Positive attitude and a team player.
