Carolina Animal Specialty & Emergency (CASE) is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Emergency Service Team on weekend evening shifts.
At CASE, we’re proud to provide advanced specialty medicine—including internal medicine, surgery, and 24-hour emergency and critical care—supported by an exceptional team of doctors, technicians, assistants, and client service professionals.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Support clients with appointment details, account updates, and general questions
- Assist in resolving client concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Partner closely with medical staff to ensure seamless care and communication
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Veterinary experience strongly preferred
- Availability for rotating weekend evening shifts
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to stay composed in high-stress situations
- Comfortable sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
