Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accurate entry of customer information into master spreadsheet
- Assist with Vendor and Customer set ups.
- Responds to inquiries from internal departments regarding vendor and customer set up and
prequalification requirements. - Verifies and directs invoices/bills from third party vendors to accounting department
- Requests 811 locates.
- Submitting Permit Request
- Coordinating with subcontractors for job specific services.
- Maintains an organized system of document retention.
- Maintains updated job scheduling and completion records.
- Maintains a strong work ethic to ensure the required day's work is complete
- Responsible for timely communication with customers and Superior Hydrovac staff

Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent desired
- 2-3 years’ experience as a project coordinator or in a similar position in utility management
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-to-year basis
- Texas 811 industry knowledge in construction, pipeline and/or distribution gas
- Knowledge of Goole Earth and KMZ files
Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required within two weeks
of employment - Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a preemployment drug screen.
