Additional Information: Show/Hide Job Summary The Hiawatha Collegiate High School Bilingual Dean of Operations is responsible for setting a powerful vision for supporting student achievement through the management of campus operations. The Dean of Operations will manage school technology platforms, volunteer coordination, state reporting, finances, and other daily operations for Hiawatha Collegiate High School (HCHS). We passionately believe that smooth and effective operations allow the instructional team to focus on our instructional and community centered program. As a member of the HCHS school leadership team, this role will work in constant collaboration with the school principal.

Hiawatha Employment Logistics
Hiawatha Collegiate High School students’ school day is from 8:45 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8:45 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Staff hours are 8:15 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Professional development sessions are held each Friday from 2:15 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.
All Hiawatha staff are expected to attend and participate in relevant evening family events to be held at the school.
