Job Responsibilities:

• Record and enter used car inventory for both Volkswagen dealerships (Sanford and Orlando)
• Inventory reconciliation with CPHANDHELD software for both Volkswagen dealerships (Sanford and Orlando)
• Product cancellations
• Finance compliance backup for End of Month
• Receptionist/Cashier backup

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Organizational skills with a focus on detail orientation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Automotive Dealership experience required
• CDK experience required
• Ability to work outside as needed, sometimes in extreme weather
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
