Bachelor’s degree required.
4 years of experience supporting senior level attorneys or executives, preferably in the architecture/engineering consulting or construction industries, or the legal field.
Must have strong knowledge of commonly used legal processes, practices, and procedures.
Requires previous experience working on corporate and regulatory compliance matters.
Requires experience working with corporate legal matters, including preparing minutes, keeping records, and corporate registrations, and other filings.
Must be able to manage and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner, meeting applicable deadlines.
Requires strong analytical ability, critical thinking, problem solving, and research skills.
Must be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal guidance.
Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.
Requires excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with all levels of management, clients, in-house attorneys, outside counsel, government staff and others outside of the organization, and the ability to maintain a positive, friendly, and outgoing attitude.
Requires superior verbal and written communication skills, including strong editing and proofreading skills.
Must be a Notary Public or willing to obtain notary credentials.
Must have advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications.
Must be responsible in dealing with sensitive information, always keeping confidential and proprietary information safe and secure.
This is an in-office position at our Kansas City, MO headquarters.
