What You Will Be Doing
This Social Work leadership position is based at Frankston Hospital the site of an exciting redevelopment and expansion bringing multiple opportunities for professional growth. You will work as part of the Social Work leadership team, advancing your clinical expertise whilst also utilizing and developing your leadership skills in an acute setting. The Senior Clinical Social Worker will work alongside the dedicated Social Work Site Senior for Frankston Hospital, to provide consultation, supervision and regular support to a dedicated and dynamic team of Social Workers. You will be supported to participate in professional development, quality initiatives and represent Social Work in a range of meetings and committees.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
∙ You will need to hold a Bachelor Degree or Qualifying Masters in Social Work and a minimum of seven years of relevant work experience post graduation. Post graduate studies are highly regarded and may be eligible for a higher education allowance.
∙ As a multi-site organisation you may be required to work across sites. You will have access to our extensive pool of fleet cars and will need a Victorian Drivers licence.

*Please refer to ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021- 2026 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
