Job Summary:
As a Janitorial Staff member at Central State Hospital, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. You will perform various cleaning tasks and ensure that all areas are sanitized and organized according to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal in patient rooms, common areas, and offices.
- Disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of any shortages.
- Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the facility.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of cleaning tasks.
