What You’ll Do

As Operations Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day practice operations, support and develop team members, and ensure a positive and efficient patient journey. You’ll work closely with clinical leadership to oversee office workflows, financial performance, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction
  • Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
  • Overseeing purchasing, inventory, and general office supply planning
  • Ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulations
  • Implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Supporting and mentoring staff through training, feedback, and team development
  • Managing insurance and billing processes, including AR and claims resolution
  • Coordinating all other office responsibilities as needed
  • Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in dental office management or a related healthcare operations role
  • Strong understanding of insurance verification, billing, and AR management
  • Experience with P&L oversight and cost control
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on culture and accountability
  • Familiarity with dental EMR systems (WinOMS experience a plus)
  • A calm, confident presence with the ability to lead through change and challenges

Position Base Pay Range
$55,000$65,000 USD
