Hybrid Part Time Graphics Artist - Point of Sale Coordinator at Bellavance Beverage Company

We are in search of a Part Time Graphics Artist that will partner with our sales team to create stunning materials to be used in our accounts.  M-F, 20-25 hours per week.  This role requires both creativity in design and production of the end product. In addition, this role will organize, maintain, and deploy all point of sale and marketing materials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Use design software to create and layout Point of Sale printed materials, including brochures, programs, fliers, posters, etc.

· Create finished POS materials involving HP wide format printers, cutting/trimming printed materials, mounting, etc.

· Store and organize all Point of Sale assets in POS warehouse storage rooms

· Communicate with sales team to fulfill all material requests on a daily basis

· Ensure that all assets are delivered correctly in a timely manner

· Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

· Proficient in graphic design software, preferably CorelDraw

· Ability to operate and troubleshoot HP printer

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with a keen attention to detail

· Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

· Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

· 2-year degree focused on Graphics Design (preferred)
