POSITION SUMMARY:The Supply Chain Analyst uses tools from DMAIC, PDCA, lean, and six sigma methodologies to identify problems and analyze possible solutions. Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline. Implements and supports continuous improvement and business process changes. The candidate for this position must be local to the MN area as there is no relocation assistance for this position. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Optimize plans and schedules in a lean environment, including coordination of services and materials to match production demands.Analyze and communicate value steam and/or supply chain capacity and constraints.Takes ownership in performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions across Supply Chain, utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools, such as ERP, Kanban, spike tools, 5Y, etc.Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, supervisors and team leads, logistics/warehouse groups and material planners.Represents supply chain in projects within the value stream (plan, source, make, or deliver)· MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems is preferredWorking knowledge of relevant supply chain technologies such as ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, data mining, and data reportingStrong computer skills and experience with Excel, Word, and OutlookSeeks opportunities to learn from others with more experience and tenure in the organizationActively participates in creation and progress of Individual Development PlanNICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS Proficient in utilizing lean tools and methodology for problem-solving and continuous improvementPrior experience working in a manufacturing environmentExperience with high-volume production planning Effective communication skills through written, verbal, and listening techniquesExperience with PowerBI, ERP , Excel, preferredCOMPENSATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $68K-$102K annually.
