A day in the life…

• You will first point of contact for all incoming calls to book appointments, provide informative animal care advice where appropriate, screen or take messages for other Team Members as appropriate
• Determine patients requiring urgent treatment & assign emergency appointments as required
• Assist to monitor & coach others on safe workplace procedures
• Determine & prepare all client/patient required information & coordinate the completion of required client forms prior to each consult
• Coordinate the billing, payment, check-out & rebooking of outgoing clients & patients
• Prepare the reception area for opening. Prepare client appointment files for the day
• Assist with any stock management
• Participate in return to work plans, as required
• General business administration where required
• Clean and tidy Ensure the hospital frontage, front reception area and office equipment are clean, organised and presentable at all times

What we need…

• Experience in a customer service or reception role
• Intermediate Microsoft Office level
• Can communicate effectively with a calm and friendly manner
• Demonstrates compassion & empathy, with strong emotional reslience
• Works well in a team and independently, with ability to build and matain strong working & client relationships
• Loves to problem solve
• Takes pride in their work
