What you will do
The Microelectronics (ME) department designs microelectronic components and circuits for high-frequency technology and power electronics. Systems for sensor technology, communication technology, and power electronics are developed based on high-frequency modules. We are also equipped with state-of-the-art measurement technology. The weekly working time is 39 hours.
