POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient individual to manage and optimize our use of the Abrigo and Sageworks platforms. This role is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the Abrigo software suite used for credit analysis, loan origination, portfolio risk management, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the software provider, ensuring the platform meets business needs and regulatory requirements.  The role also supports the Director - Credit Administration in overseeing enterprise credit risk and loan portfolio activities by gathering, analyzing, and reporting credit risk data from individual loans to the overall portfolio, helping guide strategic and operational decisions that affect the bank’s financial performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Administer and maintain the Abrigo platform, including user access, system configuration, and data integrity.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations with core banking systems and other third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and templates within Abrigo.
• Provide training and support to end-users, including documentation and troubleshooting.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact with Abrigo support for issue resolution and enhancement requests.
• Conduct risk analysis and performance monitoring of commercial and consumer loan portfolios, focusing on asset quality and concentration risk. 
• Support data compilation for market trends, economic outlooks, stress testing, CECL/ACL estimation, and post-closing reviews.
• Reconcile loan-related general ledger accounts and contribute to accurate reporting and analytics for senior management presentations.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and enhance portfolio resilience through scenario analysis and trend evaluation.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school degree or GED Required
• Bachelors degree or business-related field experience preferred.
• 2 or more years of experience administering Abrigo, Sageworks or similar financial analysis platforms experience required.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Superior skill set in the use of the following software applications: Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Co-Pilot, and Outlook.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Annual salary range DOQ: $64,052 - $91,503 - $118,954
