Regional Operations Manager II

Conco Services LLC is looking for a Regional Operations Manager II for our La Porte, TX Location.

Position Summary  

Responsible for all aspects of providing safe, excellent field services to Customers. Responsible for overseeing all field operations of the assigned region. This position is considered on-call with 24/7 availability to address problems that could require escalation. Additionally, is responsible for coordinating closely with our corporate operations team, HR, safety, manufacturing, and crew supervisors with responsibilities including but not limited to:


• Confirm that job dashboard/schedule is accurate on a daily basis, and that all jobs are confirmed with customers.
• Contribute to the review and confirmation of forecasts for business activity as it pertains to sufficient staffing and equipment needs.
• Assure safety programs and policies are observed by all workers providing field services on behalf of the company.
• Responsible for overseeing and assuring all travel arrangements are provided efficiently and effectively for field workers.
• Work closely with Conco Safety department on incident tracking, procedures, PPE, etc.
• Work closely with Conco HR for hiring needs, employee development, and employee performance.
• Work closely with Conco Sales regarding upcoming/ongoing projects, schedule conflicts, and customer needs.
• Assure worker qualifications/certifications are in compliance with those requested by the customer/required by the company.
• Verify that crew assignments are made under established parameters.
• Responsible for compliance with drug/alcohol and background screening programs.
• Abide by budgets; both department operating expenses and on a per-project basis.
• Responsible for overseeing office management and administration staff members as assigned.
• Immediately report any illegal or inappropriate activity to the President of Operations, CEO or Board of Directors.
• Responsible for tracking and return of rental vehicles.
• Participate on any other committees, projects or functions as assigned.
• Responsible for managing the performance of direct reports.
• Approve Home Base expenses of direct reports in a timely manner.
• Adhere to the Conco Employee Handbook and all policies and procedures.

• This individual must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to inspire motivation in others.
• Must be able to manage multiple changing tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of production scheduling.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications/portals.
• Provide insight and direction based on data
