Project Manager

TSS seeks a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Georgetown, TX. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking TSS in-house projects from inception to completion. This includes defining scope, coordinating internal resources, preparing and managing project documentation, monitoring budgets, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality, safety, and operational standards. The Project Manager will coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with the Program Manager, Director, and other operational leaders to ensure successful delivery, strong team collaboration, and the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring satisfaction throughout each project.
  • Review project scope, quotations, and terms and conditions before proposal submission.
  • Conduct internal job kickoff meetings with estimators, accounting, and sales teams, and document meeting minutes.
  • Resolve project challenges in collaboration with leadership.
  • Coordinate project activities with internal operational teams across multiple departments.
  • Work with facilities teams to maintain accurate equipment lists and other related project data.
  • Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Approve invoices by reviewing supporting documentation and initiating first-level approvals.
  • Prepare and process change orders.
  • Prioritize and coordinate work as directed by leadership.
  • Prepare submittals, startup packages, and close-out documentation.
  • Conduct internal kickoff and progress meetings.
  • Assist with scope clarifications, customer updates, and project close-out.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in Microsoft Project.
  • Track and organize project close-out documentation.
  • Prepare incident reports and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain project data in Salesforce.
  • Participate in internal financial calls for reporting.
  • Follow company safety and quality assurance programs for all work.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, technology, or a related field preferred, or 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Google Project Management Certificate, CAPM, or PMP certification.
  • Knowledge or familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce.
