Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our sales team by handling administrative tasks, preparing documents and presentations, managing data, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
- Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Draft, format, and edit proposals, contracts, and other documents
- Develop professional presentations and sales materials
- Assist with CRM data entry, updates, and management
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel for sales team members as needed
- Help track sales leads and follow up on outstanding opportunities
- Work closely with other departments (Operations, Marketing, Finance) to ensure smooth sales processes
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and updates
- Handle special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordinator role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills are required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred, but not required
Compensation and Benefits:
- $20-25/hr. (based on experience)
