The Social Impact Intern will also support Equitable on several other internal initiatives to increase engagement and overall awareness of Equitable Foundation funding priorities and key areas of focus. The team is responsible for measuring and reporting the company’s impact and driving engagement through internal and external initiatives.%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cp sans-serif;font-size:16px;%22%3EAssist in tracking key performance indicators (KPI) dashboard for collecting engagement data and sharing our success to the broader   • Rising senior in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program (Class of 2027) preferred
  • Students should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Sustainability, Education, Communications, or other CSR related degrees. 
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Proficient in Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and Power Point; ability to build models in Excel is a plus.
  • Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship

Continuous Learning:  Understanding of the rationale behind the necessity to continually learn and grow and the ability to seek performance feedback and identify approaches to improve own performance and that of others.

Results Orientation:  Knowledge of the importance of meeting or exceeding established targets; ability to drive critical activities to completion.
