As Concierge, you play an important role in our office and perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:
- Patient registration.
- Greet and check patients in.
- Track new patients.
- Reach out to patients when they are late.
- Communicate with clinical team for new patient tours.
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
