Hybrid Field Service Representative (FSR) at Remedy Technological Services L P

Be a technical leader supporting frontline national security operations. Centex Technologies is seeking two (2) skilled FSRs who combine deep knowledge of Palantir software, military/intelligence workflow integration, and exceptional communication skills. 

You will train users, solve on-the-ground technical challenges, and help shape the evolution of Palantir’s platforms through direct client feedback. Roles open across major military/intelligence hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and maintain Palantir platforms for mission-critical users.
• Deliver user training and mentorship, both in-person and virtual.
• Troubleshoot technical/system issues and collaborate with Palantir engineers.
• Document, analyze, and communicate operational requirements and user feedback.
• Adapt rapidly to evolving mission environments and workflow priorities.
• Ensure compliance with federal security/safety requirements.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (technical discipline preferred).
• 3–7 years’ experience in technical field support, intelligence, or defense environments.
• Previous experience with Palantir or similar platforms. 
• TS/SCI clearance preferred; sponsorship possible.
• Proven ability to train technical/non-technical users.
• Advanced troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
