Major Duties
Lead staff in managing the complaint, counseling, monitoring, and reporting of EEO program.
Oversee the development of EEO. Advise executive management on matters related to workforce Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO). Recommend solutions to potential liability and compliance concerns.
Plan and oversee the development of EEO training for executives, managers, associates, and EEO counselors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
