Hybrid Inside Technical Support-National Accounts at SANY America

THE OPPORTUNITY: In-office 5 days per week

As part of the America’s team, SANY America in Peachtree City, Georgia is looking to recruit a driven, forward-thinking, and highly motivated Inside Technical Support-National Accounts. With the deep investment and backing of SANY Group, the Americas business expects to grow significantly in the coming years. Provide support as the main point of contact and escalation of all parts and service issues for Key and National Accounts. Primary focus will be case management to help reduce amount of downtime and ensure all concerns are handled thoroughly. May require emergency trips out to the field to help support a down machine.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Case management for parts and service cases.
• Assist customers in a call center environment. 
• Primary contact for National and Key accounts per their request.
• Back order updating to designated accounts proactively.
• Tracking down machines and problem solving to get machines back up and running quicker.
• Onsite assistance to troubleshoot issues on an emergency basis.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years’ experience in the heavy equipment/construction industry
• Strong technical abilities.
• Able to read and navigate technical schematics (hydraulic, electrical, parts manuals, service manuals, etc).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
