The Office of the Vice President of Student Affairs is seeking candidates for the role of AY25/26 Office Assistant(s).
The Office Assistant provides support to the Vice President of Student Affairs office - duties include answering phones, greeting/assisting visitors and walk-ins, making deliveries, preparing office email notifications, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage Office of Student Affairs general email account
- Maintain and update all social media/online boards of the office
- Compile/Update newsletter repository
Assist with mail delivery pickups and distribution as needed
- Assist with departmental events as needed
Learning Objectives:
- Office experience in a fast-paced educational environment

Organizational and professional office setting methods and processes
