Summary

An HR intern assists the HR department with various administrative tasks, gaining practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Update employee records, maintain databases, and assist with data entry tasks.

Recruitment Assistance: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and help post job advertisements on various platforms.

Onboarding: Assist in preparing for new employee orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.

HR Projects: Participate in various HR initiatives, such as the anniversary luncheon, revising job descriptions, developing interview questionnaires, and policy updates.

Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
