A Brief Overview
The Product and Sales Manager is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our product and service
offerings. This position requires strategic thinking with strong leadership skills, an ability to develop a high performing sales team, and a passion for customer engagement. Experience in product and market
development, along with a deep understanding of negotiation and contract management, is key to success in this role.

What you will do
• Sales Leadership & Strategy: Provide strategic direction for the sales team. Develop and execute a   comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
• Market Expansion & Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders to support market   growth, including strategic bulk and institutional sales opportunities.
• Team Development & Performance: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, building a culture   of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Compensation & Incentives: Design and manage a competitive incentive program to drive peak performance   and achieve sales targets.
• Data-Driven Sales Execution: Monitor key metrics, analyze performance trends, and implement data-driven
  adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Product Development & Market Insights: Identify evolving market needs and provide feedback to shape future   product and service offerings.
• RFP Ownership: Lead all stages of the RFP process including response preparation, pricing, proposal creation, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Customer Engagement & Communication: Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present   tailored solutions that demonstrate value and drive growth.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals and maximize lead   generation and market presence.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Required
• Master's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Preferred
• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential
  duties of the job.
• 10+ years Experience in sales leadership or a related field Required
• 3-5 years Experience in product and market development Required
• 1-3 years Experience with Residential, Business Development and Sales Required
• Understanding of residential, commercial and enterprise sales processes
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts and partnerships
• Ability to develop detailed sales forecasts and performance reports
• Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service with high levels of satisfaction.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, technologies, and customer demands.
• Experience in building and leading enterprise sales functions.
• Proven leadership and sales management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Sales or Marketing Certificates Preferred
