A Brief Overview
The Fiber Project Coordinator is responsible for work order management, inventory management, and tracking
project-related fiber material. As a Fiber Project Coordinator, the individual will be responsible for helping to
coordinate activities and administrative tasks for the team.

What you will do
• Support the project team by facilitating project logistics such as scheduling project meetings, and performing basic follow-up on action items. Plan and coordinate project administrative tasks
• Work with project managers and staff to ensure all purchases are planned, invoiced, and assigned the correct project financial codes. Review, validate, and approve the work order and invoice process to ensure proper allocations
• Prepare project documentation and aid in research and acquisition of permits and right-of-way documentation pertaining to fiber projects
• Develop risk assessment and strategies to reduce or eliminate identified risks while monitoring fiber projects and making adjustments as necessary
• Responsible for entering invoices, processing payments, analyzing financial data maintained in accounting software, processing and executing timely reports
• Provide financial reporting for FTTH (Fiber To The Home) LREMC Technologies to the management team
and any other agencies that may request financial data; also prepare adjusting entries as required to maintain accuracy on member account
• Maintain accurate records and documentation pertaining to fiber projects keeping files organized by project

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Project Management, or related field Required
• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job
• 3-5 years Experience in program management, project management, business analysis, program development, or supervision Required
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Proven project management and organizational skills. Able to organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to achieve desired goals; objectively integrate previous experience and distinguishe between relevant and irrelevant information
• Driver License Preferred
