- Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations at the direction of the HR Director. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper withholdings.
- Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database. Experience in UKG helpful.
- Experience with HRIS systems including development and deployment of new platform programs and functions.
- Monthly benefit invoice reconciliation.
- Performs positive and timely customer service functions by answering employee requests, questions and proactively finding solutions.
- Administers family medical leave.
- Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
- Other duties as needed.
