The Provider Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting senior leaders, recruiters, and physicians/APPs by ensuring the smooth operation of processes within the network. This position serves as the primary point of contact for phone inquiries and onsite requests, while also providing a welcoming presence for staff and visitors.Key responsibilities include managing correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating necessary materials and logistics for meetings, and maintaining accurate provider records. Additionally, the Coordinator supports recruitment and onboarding activities, including candidate sourcing and orientation preparation.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail and exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong administrative capabilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, as well as outstanding time management and organizational skills. The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and maintain confidentiality is essential. The Provider Experience Coordinator must be able to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
