Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience in an institutional, industrial, or commercial setting. Must pass a criminal background check.

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous custodial experience. 
• Physical Requirements: Extended standing, walking, ability to bend, stoop, reach and climb ladders.
• Ability to work in all temperature conditions. 
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.
• Flexible schedule to include nights and weekends.
