Accounts Semi Senior
Full-Time, Permanent | 37 Hours per Week
Location: Blythe Valley Park, Solihull

The Role:

You can expect to do:
  • Working closely with a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
  • Preparing financial statements and year-end accounts
  • Processing client records and transactions
  • Producing management accounts
  • Preparing and reviewing VAT returns
  • Handling basic client queries
  • Supporting the team with administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed

The Person:


  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • A professional, organised approach to work
  • Solid IT skills – experience with Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, and CCH is a plus
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • AAT qualified or currently studying towards ACCA
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accountancy practice
