What would you do as our Technical Support & Service Administrator
Reporting to the Technical Team Lead for EMEIA, you will be responsible for providing support to our EMEIA customers and distributors, via phone and email. You will contribute to the overall effectiveness of the technical support team by fostering customer service excellence and ensuring resolution of any technical issues.
You would also be responsible for:
- Providing prompt 1st and 2nd line telephone and email support dealing with our EMEIA customers and distributors.
- Investigating faults and technical issues, documenting, and following up to closure.
- Setting up test systems to mimic customer faults.
- Working with KeyPER EMEIA 3rd level support to provide resolution to customer’s deeper issues.
- General administration within the customer services department including inbox monitoring and creation of tickets, quotations and invoicing along with any other general admin functions from time to time.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
- Some level of experience in a similar technical support role with a focus on end-user interactions.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in tackling new tasks, and ability to work with initiative.
- Ability to proactively manage and document own workload with the ability to prioritize workloads and tasks.
