As part of our mission, our Walk-In/Urgent Care Clinic offers same-day access for acute illnesses, minor injuries, and urgent medical needs—bridging the gap between primary care and the ER.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Urgent Care Clinician evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients of all ages with acute, non-emergent conditions in a walk-in primary care setting. You will work closely with nursing, behavioral health, and specialty care staff to ensure timely, integrated care.

  • Manage urgent primary care needs
  • Coordinate follow-up care and referrals as needed
  • Document care in the EMR accurately and promptly
  • Support health promotion and patient education
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team members
  • Participate in quality improvement and infection control initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Physician: MD or DO with unrestricted license, Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine, active DEA/Controlled Substance Registration
  • Nurse Practitioner: Master’s degree, current NP license and certification, active DEA/Controlled Substance Registration
  • BLS/CPR Certification (ACLS preferred)
  • Strong clinical skills in acute care and primary care settings
  • Ability to manage patients of all ages
  • Comfort working with diverse and underserved populations

Preferred Skills:

  • Urgent care, ER, or primary care experience
