We are looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused individual to join our Digital Banking Support team. As a Digital Banking Support Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers navigating our digital banking platforms. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional service, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless digital experience for every customer.



Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer communications through phone, chat, and email regarding all current and future digital products.

- Assist customers with resetting and unlocking passwords.

- Guide customers in navigating digital features and functionalities.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.

- Educate customers on the use of digital banking tools and resources.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.



Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficiency in using digital banking platforms and technology.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services setting.
