Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing support in various HR-related functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations across a multi-branch organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for updating HR policies and procedures across all branches
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to managers for improvement
- Leading the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, along with onboarding of new employee
- Coordinating new employee orientations and onboarding processes
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring that all required documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Managing employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
-Overseeing payroll processing, including gathering and verifying employee data, calculating pay and deductions, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Responding to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research and analyzing data to support human resources initiatives
- Ensure employee performance reviews are conducted on an annual basis
- Maintain good working relationship and communication with HR Assistant
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in human resource or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HR information systems, and experience with QuickBooks
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
