Key Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, code, and enter vendor invoices
- Execute weekly check runs for timely payments
- Research and reconcile vendor statements
- Perform month-end procedures and meet deadlines
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking
- Process reimbursements and company credit card transactions
- Oversee 1099 processing, journal entries, and accruals
- Assist with daily Accounts Payable tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
- Experience with sales and use tax (a plus)
- Familiarity with Sage Software (a plus)
