As a supervisor, you'll be instrumental in guiding a team dedicated to empowering young individuals on their recovery journey.

The Youth Recovery Services Supervisor oversees trauma-informed, evidence-based services for youth in YRS, FCIU, EM, and other court-involved programs. This role blends clinical work, staff supervision, and outreach while ensuring quality care and compliance with clinical and licensing standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Youth Recovery Services program
  • Supervise and support staff in providing effective recovery-oriented services to youth
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment and recovery plans
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed for youth and families

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • LAC/LSW and LCADC Required OR
  • LAC/LSW and CADC with a minimum of 4 years of experience working with youth, families, and individuals impacted by trauma, substance use disorders (SUD), and related behavioral health issues
  • Experience in providing supervision and/or oversight of licensed professionals and interns preferred.
