The Youth Recovery Services Supervisor oversees trauma-informed, evidence-based services for youth in YRS, FCIU, EM, and other court-involved programs. This role blends clinical work, staff supervision, and outreach while ensuring quality care and compliance with clinical and licensing standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Youth Recovery Services program
- Supervise and support staff in providing effective recovery-oriented services to youth
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment and recovery plans
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed for youth and families
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- LAC/LSW and LCADC Required OR
- LAC/LSW and CADC with a minimum of 4 years of experience working with youth, families, and individuals impacted by trauma, substance use disorders (SUD), and related behavioral health issues
- Experience in providing supervision and/or oversight of licensed professionals and interns preferred.
