About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team in our West Palm Beach branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please note that training for this position will be conducted at our Opa-Locka Branch and Headquarters. All candidates are expected to commute to this location for the duration of the training.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inside Sales:
  • Proactively reach out to leads and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM tools.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Execute the essential duties of the position, with or without accommodation.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Proven experience in inside sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Familiarity with CRM software

Skills:

As a Bilingual Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service in both English and Spanish. Your strong attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in processing orders and maintaining accurate records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software will enable you to collaborate effectively with the sales team and identify new business opportunities. Additionally, your ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment will be critical in ensuring timely delivery to customers and driving revenue growth.
