Dynamic Manufacturing is looking to hire a Process Auditor! The Process Auditor conducts audits to aid in the goal that the manufacturing floor is 100% compliance to standard work instructions, control plan, and standard work.

Core Responsibilities
- Audit the PPE compliance of anyone in the department and hold the highest safety expectation
- Audit operators in training and report training status
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
- Maintain training records/training matrix
- Assist the team with whatever comes up daily so we can meet our customer’s expectations.
- May participate in auditing FIFO
- Audit operators to the work instructions and control plan, as well as standard work.
- Help implement standard work/part presentation to all work cells working with the production supervisor
- Work with production supervisor to audit work cells to assure standard work and control plans are in effect.
- Attend quality meetings, and when issues occur, make sure standard work was followed.
- Work with the quality department on quality issues so that it will help bring awareness to the manufacturing floor.
- Build a solid relationship with the manufacturing and quality associates to ensure continued improvement.
- Create an 5S organized, visual efficient workplace
- Make new and keep up to date with identification and shipping labels
- May help with cross training on all work cells if needed
- Assist HR Department in candidate introductions, paperwork, plant tours, distribution of rewards for new hires, coordination of required trainings, and other tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Handle confidential information in appropriate manner
- Must be willing to work in a manufacturing environment that may include working around oily and dirty automotive parts as well as solvents and chemicals
- Be able to lift 25 pounds occasionally
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Bilingual is preferred
