- An understanding of current developments in Higher Education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with tact and confidentiality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise effectively your own workload and contribute to the team’s priorities
- An understanding of current developments in Higher Education, preferably in Admissions
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to use technical knowledge and apply this to practical situations
- Ability to network and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Additional Information
The salary range shows the potential maximum pay progression in addition to any annual inflationary increase to your pay. Please note that our default position is to appoint into the lower end of the range, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Some out of hours working will be occasionally required, including some evenings and specific weekends during the academic year (Graduation, Registration, Confirmation & Clearing).
- Opportunities for taking annual leave during the months of July, August and September will be limited and leave at other times will need to be assessed across the team so that service provision is not impacted.
