We are expanding rapidly in the US, Canada, UK, and Europe—and we need exceptional Sales Development Representatives to help build a strong pipeline for our SMB Account Executives.

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding US sales team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and qualifying leads, initiating outreach, and scheduling high-value conversations for our SMB Account Executives. Your goal will be to create meaningful connections with healthcare practices and hospital groups, facilitating our mission to win across the US market.
What you’ll do
Manage high-intent inbound leads
Triage requests from customers to the right channel (CS, Support, Sales, Partnerships)
Identify, research, and prospect potential customers
Book high-quality meetings for AEs, ensuring smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
Become a product export to answer on-the-spot questions about functionality
Tailor our value proposition and messaging to align with the goals of a prospect
Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, and the medical industry.

You studied Math/Physics/Chem/Eng or another analytical field of study.

Other things to know
We’re in-person primarily, based out of our NY office.
Experience in healthcare is great, but not required.
Attitude is more important than experience so if you are a hungry, competitive and highly motivated operator who has a knack for problem solving and building relationships we want to hear from you.
