We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our operations management team as a Field Operations Manager for the Great Plains - Tulsa, OK. The Field Operations Manager will partner with the Regional Operations Manager to provide Service Excellence to customers, develop and grow our team, promote safety and standard processes, and efficiently manage local assets.

Qualifications:Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of field training within the region
- Manage local inventory ensuring proper quantities
- Maintain quality assurance of vans and local assets
- Assist with facilities cleaning, repairs, maintenance activities and scheduling vendors
- Assist in performing scheduling duties by assigning technicians, vehicles, and equipment to cases
- Perform surgical laser technician duties on peak demand days
- Partner with Sales team to ensure Operations team is providing service excellence
- Direct supervision of local drivers including selection, training, and coaching to maximize the customer experience

- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple people and priorities
- Ability to be effective in a dynamic fast paced environment
Key Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experiences
- Previous supervisory or demonstrated leadership experience
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Laser Technician strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in the areas of customer service, teamwork, logistical efficiencies, and technical proficiency
- Previous experience conducting or overseeing training a plus
- General knowledge of Microsoft office applications
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including extended hours and accessibility after work hours and weekends for calls
- Some travel required based on business need
- Ability to push, pull or manipulate over 50 pounds of medical equipment
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Professional demeanor
