DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pick up and drop off soiled/clean linens.
  • Maintain commercial accounts by direct communication.
  • Relay information to direct Supervisor/Manager for product needs or requests.
  • Maintains products at commercial account sites.
  • Work in a time efficient manner.
  • Sort all linens and treat stains.
  • Load all laundry into washer and add specified cleaning agents/appropriate wash codes.
  • Take wet, clean items and dry as directed.
  • Sort, fold, wrap, or iron/hang clean dried items.
  • Maintain Inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs to supervisor/manager.
  • Maintain all laundry equipment and inform immediate supervisor as to any maintenance needs.
  • Will follow and coordinate directives from Blue Sky Laundry Supervisor/Manager.
  • Ensure the safety compliance of the laundry facility for Blue Sky Laundry staff and patrons.
  • Provide excellent in Customer Service.
  • Short deadlines and extra work hours are common.
  • Follow and adhere to all policy and procedure as stated in the Wind River Hotel and Casino Employee Handbook.
  • Qualifications include having previous laundry experience working within commercial laundry facilities. However, this is an entry level position and training can be provided.
  • Must have demonstrated good work performance, with emphasis on attendance, punctuality, and attitude.
  • Must have demonstrated excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to stand for an 8–10-hour shift.
  • Must be present and available during peak time of operation.
  • Practice and always maintain confidentiality.
  • Attend all mandatory meetings.
  • All other duties assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 20+ lbs. on a consistent basis.
  • Adjust to a flexible schedule and be reliable.
  • Must be a fast-paced worker and work well with others.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work alternating shifts including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends.

WORK ENVIROMENT:

  • Required to stand for long periods of time.
  • Physical demands include, repetitive actions lifting/loading driving, laundry duties as required.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, twist, and stoop.

 

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Must be 18 at time of hire.
  • Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
  • Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License with clean driving record.
