
Homeoffice URGENT: Social Media & Marketing Assistant (graphic/video editing and Go High Level experience is required) at WorkStaff360

- Design graphics and write captions for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
- Create and edit short-form videos and reels for social content
- Maintain a consistent visual brand across all social media assets
- Schedule posts using tools like GHL
- Design simple marketing materials such as banners, flyers, ebooks, or brochures
- Edit templates in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Repurpose content into different formats (e.g., carousel posts, quote cards, infographics)
- Assist in organizing the content calendar
- Help with basic email marketing tasks (Mailchimp, Flodesk, etc.)
- Provide light support for bookkeeping tasks if required (training provided)
- Organize assets in Google Drive or Dropbox
Hard Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant or in digital marketing
- Strong portfolio of social media content and graphic design work
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace and Go High Level
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Familiarity with Facebook ad platforms and tracking engagement is a plus
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable
Schedule:
- 20 Hours/Week
- Monday to Friday, 10AM - 2PM Australian Eastern Time Zone
Offer and Benefits:
- $5-$6USD/hour
- HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
