Job Summary: 


 The Hourly Identity Verification & CRM Support staff, reporting to the Director of Enrollment Technology, will assist the Enrollment Management Tech team with the implementation and testing of new software related to the University’s CRM platform.

 

Key Responsibilities:


-Implementation Support: Assist with the technical setup and configuration of the new identity verification system.

-System Testing: Conduct thorough testing to ensure optimal system function and seamless integration with existing platforms.

-Applicant Assistance: Provide direct support to applicants using the new verification process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

-CRM Process Optimization: Manage routine CRM processes, allowing the existing Enrollment Management Technical Team to focus on complex implementation and testing, especially during peak periods like after Winter Break. This position can also offer support during Winter Break.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements:

 

-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.

-Relevant work experience with higher education admissions technology, including Recruit CRM and other Ellucian products, and identity verification software.

-The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Recruit CRM and, ideally, prior experience with identity verification product implementations. 


This six-month, project-based position requires 15 hours of work per week and is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Trenton, NJ for onboarding, training, and project implementation as needed.
