What You'll Do:

We’re seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Enterprise Architecture team. In this role, you will help shape and advance the enterprise architecture strategy while building a mature program management practice that drives organizational impact. You'll translate high-level enterprise initiatives into actionable roadmaps, oversee their transition to execution, and ensure alignment with business priorities across global teams and partners.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead strategic, high-visibility initiatives from planning through delivery, using appropriate program management methodologies to ensure successful outcomes
  • Influence and partner across global teams to support the development and execution of the enterprise architecture strategy
  • Provide clear, consistent communication to leadership, partners, and vendors to maintain visibility, alignment, and accountability
  • Foster collaboration and motivate change, promoting cross-team engagement and applying effective change management principles.
  • Develop and maintain program governance including roadmaps, OKRs, KPIs, risk and dependency tracking, and reporting.
  • Optimize financial and vendor management, ensuring cost-effective decisions, successful delivery of services, and strong partner relationships.

Who You Are:
  • 10+ years project, program, initiative management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or combination of the following: work experience, military experience, or education
  • Expert proficiency of program/initiative scope, cost, and time management as well as other disciplines such as project management, quality and risk control, communication, and integration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, facilitation, planning, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated capability to build and sustain relationships with individuals at all levels, including external consultants and vendors, fostering collaboration and communication, while effectively leading and influencing without direct authority
  • Performance driven and able to adapt and deal with ambiguous situations, handling expectations effectively while executing in a matrix management environment
  • Understanding of the capabilities of information technology and applications to find opportunities for process improvement
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem and project planning oriented software (LeanIX, Atlassian tools, ServiceNow)
  • Experience and/or ability to assess organizational culture and appropriately adapt work efforts to deliver required results

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out:

  • Technology baseline knowledge as it relates to key architecture domains
  • Proven experience in large-scale, multi-year transformation programs in a global enterprise
  • Experience with developing, monitoring, and understanding roadmaps, OKRs, KPIs, dependency and risk management, and governance structures
  • Experience with operationalizing strategy in federated and centralized teams
  • Experience in work decomposition and iterative delivery
  • Experience developing playbooks and catalogs
Salary Range Information:Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range:$137000 - $185000 / yearTime Off Program:Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.Pension Eligible:YesAdditional Information:

Work Environments

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, Charlotte, NC, and Raleigh, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
