Main Purpose and Major Challenges of the Role |
Deliver consistent and positive customer experience that results in top-line sales growth and profitability. Identify business needs and partner with Sr. Retail Operations Manager to develop strategic plans to meet those needs and increase sales. The role of Store Manager requires detailed focus on controllable variables to drive store KPIs and motivate staff daily. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of their store location with concentration in sales goals & KPIs, customer service, visual merchandising and team building. |
